Description
This RoHS‑compliant high‑reliability circular connector combines a chrome‑plated brass housing with a PPS insulator and features gold‑plated phosphor bronze contacts (diameter 0.7 mm), with nuts and metal accessories using a highly conductive silver‑plated brass process.
It supports a working voltage of 300 V AC and a rated current of 7 A, with contact resistance ≤7.5 mΩ, insulation resistance ≥5000 MΩ, and passes an 875 V AC dielectric withstand test between contacts. The connector provides EMI shielding effectiveness of 75 dB at 10 MHz and 40 dB at 1 GHz, operates from –55 ℃ to +125 ℃, withstands ambient pressure up to 60 bar, and maintains stable performance under 60 ℃/95% humidity conditions.
Mechanically validated for 5000 mating cycles, it offers vibration resistance (10–2000 Hz / 15 g) and shock resistance (100 g / 6 ms), and passes a 96‑hour salt‑spray test.
