Description
This RoHS‑compliant high‑reliability circular connector features a chrome‑plated brass housing and a PPS insulator, equipped with gold‑plated phosphor bronze board‑mount Vertical socket contacts (diameter 0.7 mm).
It supports a working voltage of 300 V AC and a rated current of 7 A, with contact resistance ≤7.5 mΩ, insulation resistance ≥5000 MΩ, and passes dual dielectric withstand tests: 1.3 kVrms (contact‑to‑contact) and 1.1 kVrms (contact‑to‑housing). The connector provides EMI shielding effectiveness of 75 dB at 10 MHz and 40 dB at 1 GHz, operates from –55 ℃ to +125 ℃, and maintains stable performance under 60 ℃/95% humidity conditions. Mechanically validated for 5000 mating cycles, it offers vibration resistance (10–2000 Hz / 15 g) and shock resistance (100 g / 6 ms), and passes a 96‑hour salt‑spray test.
