Description
This high-reliability multi-pin connector features a pearl-chrome-plated copper-alloy shell and a PPS insulator, equipped with six gold-plated pins (φ0.5).
It delivers a rated current of 2 A, with contact resistance as low as 10 mΩ and insulation resistance up to 5000 MΩ. Mechanically validated for over 5000 mating cycles, it operates from –40℃ to +150℃, offers vibration resistance (10–2000 Hz / 15 g) and shock resistance (100 g / 6 ms), and passes a 144‑hour salt‑spray test.
In the mated state, it achieves IP50 protection and is designed for severely demanding, high‑vibration, highly corrosive applications such as aerospace electronics, military vehicle equipment, industrial robots, and marine exploration instruments.
