Description
This seven-pin high‑sealed connector features a pearl‑chrome‑plated copper‑alloy housing and a PPS insulator, equipped with seven gold‑plated pins (Φ0.5) and supporting wire diameters from φ3.0 to φ4.0.
It delivers a rated current of 2 A, with contact resistance as low as 10 mΩ and insulation resistance up to 5000 MΩ. Mechanically validated for over 5000 mating cycles, it operates across an extreme temperature range of –40 ℃ to +150 ℃, provides vibration resistance (10–2000 Hz / 15 g) and shock resistance (100 g / 6 ms), and passes a 144‑hour salt‑spray test.
In the mated state it achieves the highest IP68 protection rating, ensuring complete sealing against dust ingress and continuous underwater immersion.
