Description
This high-insulation performance connector utilizes phosphor bronze contacts and an LCP (liquid crystal polymer) insulator, enhanced by flash gold plating to ensure stable contact performance.
It supports a rated current of 1 A, with insulation resistance up to 5000 MΩ, contact resistance ≤20 mΩ, and withstands 500 V AC dielectric strength. The product operates over a temperature range of –40 ℃ to +105 ℃ and can endure a reflow soldering process at up to 230 ℃ for 30 seconds.
Combining the excellent high‑temperature stability of LCP with the long‑term elasticity of phosphor bronze, it is particularly suitable for micro‑current applications where insulation performance and long‑term reliability are critical, such as medical implantable devices, high‑precision sensors, aerospace electronic systems, and automotive control units.
