Description
This high‑reliability circular connector combines a chrome‑plated brass housing with a PPS insulator, featuring gold‑plated phosphor bronze contacts (diameter 0.7 mm).
It supports a working voltage of 315 V AC and a rated current of 7 A, with contact resistance ≤7.5 mΩ, insulation resistance ≥5000 MΩ, and passes a 950 V dielectric test between contacts. The connector provides EMI shielding effectiveness of 75 dB at 10 MHz and 40 dB at 1 GHz, operates from –50 ℃ to +125 ℃, and withstands ambient pressure up to 60 bar. Mechanically validated for 5000 mating cycles, it offers vibration resistance (10–2000 Hz / 15 g) and shock resistance (100 g / 6 ms), and passes a 96‑hour salt‑spray test.
