Description
This industrial High-Current connector features a triple-reinforcement design combining right-angle PCB tabs, a riveted bracket, and harpoon locking. It provides three-stage mechanical protection—pre-fixing via riveted bracket, stress dispersion through right-angle tabs, and final screw fastening—significantly enhancing impact and vibration resistance.
Key specifications include a 20A current rating, 500V AC rated voltage, contact resistance ≤30mΩ (3µ” gold-plated contacts for enhanced conductivity and durability), insulation resistance of 3000MΩ (500V DC), and a withstand voltage of 1000V AC/minute. The housing consists of a PBT UL94V-0 flame-retardant insulator and a sealed SUS316 stainless steel shell, with metal parts nickel-plated. It operates reliably from –55℃ to 105℃ and withstands 96-hour salt spray exposure. The right-angle tabs absorb PCB deformation stress, while the rivet-and-screw dual-locking mechanism prevents loosening.
Designed for heavy-vibration, high-corrosion environments such as engineering machinery hydraulic controls, marine power systems, and mining motor applications, it delivers triple physical security for electrical connections in extreme conditions.
