Description

This industrial-grade connector features a copper post and screw mounting structure, supporting 20A high-current transmission. Through double reinforcement of the pre-embedded copper posts riveting the PCB and the top screw locking, it achieves a stable connection with zero displacement even under mechanical vibration environments.

It has a 500V AC rated voltage, contact resistance ≤30mΩ, insulation resistance 3000MΩ (500V DC), and has passed a 1000V AC/minute withstand voltage test. The main body uses a PBT UL94V-0 flame-retardant core and a partitioned corrosion-resistant SPCC iron shell (nickel-plated front shell for corrosion resistance/tin-plated rear shell for enhanced solderability). The copper posts are nickel-plated, adapting to extreme temperature differences of -55℃ to 105℃ and a 48-hour salt spray environment without rust. The synergistic design of the copper posts and screws effectively disperses stress, preventing fatigue cracking of PCB solder joints.
