Description

This industrial-grade high-current board-to-board connector utilizes a #4-40 UNC x2 threaded specification and is designed for high-reliability applications. It features a board-mount installation combined with a patented anti-wicking locking design. This dual mechanical locking system—achieved by the anti-wicking terminals embedding into the solder and the final screw fastening—significantly enhances vibration and shock resistance, preventing connection loosening.

Its core function is to provide stable electrical interconnection between PCBs, supporting 10A current transmission and a 500V AC rated voltage, with contact resistance below 30mΩ and insulation resistance up to 3000MΩ (at 500V DC). The connector body consists of a PBT UL94V-0 flame-retardant insulator and a passivated stainless steel shell, with all metal components nickel- or tin-plated.

It operates from -55℃ to 105℃ and passes a 96-hour salt spray test. Suitable for industrial power supplies, rail transit equipment, and electrical control systems in harsh environments, it balances electrical safety with environmental durability.
